Refund Policy

Application fee is non-refundable.

If you wish to withdraw from the program for personal reasons, the following refund policy will be applied:

* If the course or program is cancelled for Globex reasons, the applicant can get a full refund of tuition. Please note that we cannot be responsible for travel, hotel, meal cost and other expenses incurred by applicants.

* Refunds will be made in Chinese currency only. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account. Bank transaction fee may occur during the refunding process and shall be borne by the party who asked for the refund.
